My name is Charles Hunsucker and I am the owner and founder
of Creekside Plumbing, established in 1992. My experience
has been obtained in the plumbing industry over the past twenty-nine
years and I have been a Licensed Master Plumber in Texas since
1990, License #M17682. We are a member of Plumber's Success
International and the Houston Area Better Business Bureau.
Creekside Plumbing's motto is to "provide the best quality
Plumbing services, with the best quality products available and the
most qualified and courteous technicians." We conduct
criminal background checks on all technicians. In addition,
the technicians are drug tested and well groomed. Our technicians
are easily identifiable with their uniforms and identification
badges. Our company colors are red, white and blue and the
American Flag is proudly displayed on the left shoulder of
every uniform. Also, on the right shoulder of the uniform,
is the Texas Flag to show where our company was founded.
We will provide the customer with the "Red
Carpet Service." This service includes
all Plumbers wearing shoe covers while in your house, placing
a floor mat in the work area and or drop cloths for larger
work areas and cleaning up after the repairs are completed.
This service is at no additional charge to you, the customer.
Our philosophy is to be prepared for all types of plumbing
repairs. The technicians drive fully stocked vehicles with
thousands of parts in inventory. Our rolling warehouse contains
all parts for the most common jobs. This enables us to complete
the repair in a timely manner.
